Refund & Delivery Policy

1. OTP Verification & Inspection Upon Delivery

  • OTP Verification: At delivery, the courier will request a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

  • Product Inspection Before OTP: Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully before providing the OTP. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package. Check that the product is not damaged, tampered with, or compromised.

  • Checking Quantity: Verify that the quantity and items match your order.

  • If Package is Compromised: If the package appears damaged or tampered with, the customer must:

    • Reject the delivery; or

    • Accept the delivery only after providing a Negative Proof of Delivery (POD) and taking photos of it. Clearly mention the issue in the POD and share it with the courier.

2. Accepted Deliveries with Partial, Damaged, or Tampered Orders
If you accept delivery of an order that is partial, damaged, or tampered with, you must provide:

  • A Negative POD Image

  • A 360-degree unboxing video showing the outer packaging, labels, and inner contents clearly

3. Rejection or Negative POD

  • Rejected Delivery / Negative POD Provided:

    • If you reject the delivery or submit a valid Negative POD, Bare Proof will arrange reshipment of missing or damaged items if the claim is verified.

    • Note: Refunds will not be issued for the partial, damaged, or tampered items originally shipped. All claim decisions are at the sole discretion of Bare Proof.

4. Products Accepted without Negative POD or Unboxing Video

  • If delivery is accepted without providing a Negative POD or a 360-degree unboxing video, Bare Proof is not liablefor returns or refunds.

5. Timely Submission of Complaints

  • Complaint Submission: Email care@bareproof.com within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.

  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: Bare Proof is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or is not clearly visible in the unboxing video.

6. Signature and Alternative Signatories

  • Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • Alternative Signatories: If someone else signs on your behalf (family member, colleague, neighbor), Bare Proof is not responsible for any items accepted by them unless a valid unboxing video is provided in case of damage.

7. Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping and handling charges vary based on product size, packaging, and volume. Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

8. Important Information Regarding Refunds

  • Refunds for Returns: Refunds will only be processed after the damaged or rejected item is returned and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Dispute Resolution: In case of conflict between shipping partner and customer claims, refunds will be issued only after the shipping partner formally acknowledges the claim.

This policy ensures accuracy, accountability, and quality in our delivery and refund process.
